Hallmark Homes is proud to be a hands on builder with an emphasis on building strong client relationships which allows for open communication between all parties involved. To help you understand the building process better we have provided an overview of the steps involved in building your new home.

The first step is to find the perfect location in which to build your new home on. Choose a home site that fits your lifestyle requirements. Whether you will build on acreage or in town, the site will dictate what type of home you can build. Choose a professional to help you create your dream home on paper. The details in this process are a vital component in making sure you will be happy on move in day. Begin with a written list of your specific wants and needs to determine what is most important to you.

Once the building site has proper permits the excavation will begin. Followed by the concrete foundation, flatwork completion and underground plumbing will take approximately 3-4 weeks.
