International Women’s Day! March 8, 2021

Not only is it International Women’s Day & Women’s History Month but this week starts a very important week. This week we celebrate Women in the male dominated field of construction. Today, This Week & this month is filled with so many great lessons about believing in your dreams & going for it. Happy International Women’s Day to all you amazing women & “Happy Women in Construction” week to so many talented women, & most importantly to our Builders in Training. May this generation never forget how far women have come. May we shatter the glass ceilings put there to hold us down, & when we shatter them may we pick up the woman next to us & bring her with us to the top!
