Do I need to have my own floor plan?

No, although if you have ideas of what you want it is a great starting point. There are many options of 2-story’s, single story or slab on grade homes to consider. We work with you to design a perfect plan that fits your families needs and lifestyle. However, it is helpful to have a lot location in mind before you start on the floor plan design.

What is the cost per square foot of a Hallmark Home?

It is unrealistic to quote a per square foot cost on a custom home. The per square foot cost can vary greatly depending on interior and exterior finishes. The exterior of a home with vinyl siding is much different in cost than a stucco or cement board sided house. Much like hard surface countertops are different from laminate countertop costs. A very important component to consider also is your window budget. If you are looking for large windows to capture views or a family room in a lower level to have ample daylight your budget should reflect that. So the cost per square foot largely depends on what type of finishes you desire.
